Intesa (Kyndryl), SAP Concur, and Ccelera join forces to simplify and digitize expense management
Turin, 23 October 2023 – Intesa (Kyndryl), SAP Concur, and Ccelera, three well-established players in the IT landscape, have initiated a strategic collaboration to transform the expense management and receipts handling process, from creating travel requests to the crucial stage of preserving all documentation as required by regulations.
Through the integration of Intesa’s compliant preservation service with SAP Concur’s management software and Ccelera’s expertise as a gold partner of SAP, the entire process is fully dematerialized and automated. Expense reports and receipts are automatically “extracted” from the software, prepared for digital archiving, and preserved in compliance with regulations.
Expense reports, containing financial and organizational data related to employee reimbursement for their business trips, are classified by regulations as “fiscally relevant documents” and, as such, are subject to a mandatory retention period of at least 10 years. The collaboration between these three entities will allow companies already using SAP Concur’s management system to benefit from enhanced regulatory compliance, significantly streamlined processes, and more precise cash flow management.
