Intesa becomes part of Kyndryl and confirm its role as a strategic player in the digital transformation field
Turin, 4th November 2021 – Intesa, a company located in Turin and born in 1987, that has been an IBM Company for over 15 years, is now beginning a new journey as a Kyndryl company. Kyndryl is a spin-off of the IBM’s Managed Infrastructure Services division, and today is listed as an independent company at NYSE.
As part of Kyndryl Italia, Intesa will hold a strategic role as a service company: Kyndryl Italia and Intesa share the common goal of implementing and managing the clients’ digital transformation journey, being part of their growth to contribute to the development of Italy.
